Mwamba provides scholarships for needy students to attend high schools in and around Kitale, a small city in the Rift Valley. Seventy-five percent of the scholarship are awarded to girls. Now, some Mwamba students are going on to college.

Pam was the first girl in her village to go to high school. She will graduate from teachers college in July ’09.
